This is a set of brackets / holders for the IKEA Skydrag LED light bar. I designed it to have the bars attached to the back of my desk, yielding indirect lighting. The brackets can be screwed directly into a tabletop. If you do not want to see the light - neither from top nor bottom, you will require a height of the tabletop of min. 20mm. If you have a chamfer or rounded edges, you might require an even thicker one - mine on the photos is 28mm. That said, the brackets will work for thiner tabletops - the light might then just be visible from the bottom or top, depending on the positioning. Of course, the brackets can also be used to attach the LED bars to any other object.

What is needed?

Depending on where on how you want to attach the bar(s), simply print the end brackets and/or the bracket without end stop. As the LED bar will sit tight in the bracket, the one without end stop is also generally fine to keep the bar in place.

How to print

You can print the brackets in any material you like. However, PETG or a similar material with higher heat resistance than PLA is recommended as the bars might get warm when used extensively.
