This is a case I designed for the Maypad macropad/numpad. As you can tell by the version number, I've had many revisions. This case should work with everything that comes with the kit, including the baseplate. You'll want to attach the standoffs to the PCB itself and drop the bottom plate into the case and screw them together from the bottom. Adding a bit of foam between the bottom plate and the PCB makes typing sound very good.

I've also added a version without the slant if you'd just like the flat case.
