Case for flexible material printing.

Power and Volume buttons are covered with thin layer to protect but still allow pushing.

Supports added to bottom usb charging slot to help avoid curling during print.

Fusion 360 project also includes Pixel 5 shape and minimal cover as well.

Print instructions

My print:
MK2.5S 0.6 mm nozzle, generic TPE, 240C no bed heat
5 perimeters (with 0.6 nozzle)
large brim and glue stick to hold down on smooth surface bed.

Load both Pixel_5_cover.stl and Pixel_5_brim.stl.
Set 10 or more perimeters on brim.
Elephant Foot option OFF to make sure brim and case touch.

I found setting brim in PrusaSlicer did not make connection between brim and part, Likely due to slope at bottom edge.

Post print:
Cut brim and cut usb slot supports.
May need to trim usb slot larger to fit bigger usb-C connectors, especially the upper portion.
