This tool is ideal for removing prints or leftover filament from the build plate.

It is easy to print and features a simple design that is particularly suitable for achieving a smooth first layer, especially when printing with thin layers.

It might be a good idea to print the first layers with less than your normal print thickness to get it under the regular first layer.

The printed example was printed using PETG with 0.1mm layers for the first 0.5mm. However, PLA might be a better choice due to its rigidity, although it should be noted that PLA has limited temperature stability when used on a heated bed.
