This is a top that goes on a 9cm diamter scratch post pipe and is secured by a M8 bolt.
The holes for putting in toys are at three different angles and are in 6mm and 10mm.
If you put in a pair of F8-16M thrust bearings, it even turns. (It's π-times the fun!)
