Description
I wanted some of those variable holddown clamps, but i am too cheap to buy them. So i designed these in CAD. Everything is designed for M6 screws, as i use this size for everything.
Hardware needed:
4x M6*20, 8 Washes, 1x M6*100, 1x M6 nut, 5x M6 Locknut.
you will also need a knob for the M6*100 screw (i used my own [https://www.printables.com/de/model/508638-knob-for-m6-screw](https://www.printables.com/de/model/508638-knob-for-m6-screw)) and hardware to screw the clamp down.ย
It should be easily assembled, just pay attention to insert a normal nut (not a locknut) in the bottom of the slider, and it unfortunately takes a long time to thread the locknut on the M6*100
variable horizontal toggle clamp
