Control any standard light switch with a 9g servo. The plate screws overtop any standard light switch. Attach a servo and plug it into a microcontroller like an Arduino for a fun easy project!

The plate screws over most light switch plates with the existing screws. The servo can be attached with small pilot holes or with hot glue. There's not a lot of clearance in the channel for the servo horn, so it requires some force to get it inside, but this ensures a snug fit. I also used some screws but if the fit feels good, it's probably not needed.
