I added a small bevel of 10 mm to the weakest spot on the propeller, because this was mostly the spot where it broke. I really tested the thing. We produced 30 of them in our Makerspace and I hit so many against the wall or the ceiling. One time I tried to destroy it with the most speed and rpm. It split itself apart but at this point.
