STOP! Check out the improved Combination Padlock v2 design!
This is a working combination padlock design that can be used in place of a standard Master Lock on a locker or whatever. It's relatively strong, but it is plastic it's, so not for high security.
Features:
- Configurable combination: pick from 6 digits across 3 tumblers for 216 possible combinations
- Similar dimensions to classic rotary Master Lock for compatibility with most lockers and other latches
- Strong lock body and shackle with catch resists forcing open
- Detent feature on tumblers for precise positioning and tactile feedback
- Optional glue-on cap to prevent accidental disassembly

Print Settings
Material: PLA+
Body:
- wall count 3, infill 20%+, no support
Shackle:
- wall count 10+ / 100% infill, no support
Tumblers:
- wall count 5+ / 100% infill + SUPPORT
Assembly
Example assembly for combination of 123.
Make sure all of the tumblers are aligned with the keyway or you won't be able to fully insert the shackle.
Optionally, you can superglue on the cap to prevent the lock from being disassembled when unlocked. Just be careful to not get much glue on the shackle.
You can color in the numbers with a marker for better visibility.
Enter the combination numbers aligned with the 2 arrows on the body then pull the shackle to unlock it.
