Behold this new version of my hemp grinder model. 

It is bigger, stronger and can hold more of your ground herbs. Instead of ⌀ 2mm magnets it now comes with slots for ⌀ 5mm magnets with height 1mm. They should be available worldwide. 

It has been improved so that ground material does not stuck so easily, the threads are much more loose and the shell is available in multiple tolerances with inner and outer diameter.

Customizable

Both top and bottom has now flat surface, so you can modify it easily with any 3d software. Simply use blender and its boolean modifiers with some extruded svg of an symbol and you are good to go. You can use any process, be creative!

Printing

Choose the files to print, orient them by flat side down. No supports are needed.

Assembly

The shell part is available in multiple tolerances. I had the best results with the one with tightest tolerances. It may require little force and may get stuck but if you dislodge it with metal spatula it will come apart with no damage.

Print top part, shell, grinding wheel and tray. For the shell first start with default tolerance, if the part does not fit I have provided 2 more version with looser tolerances.

Use superglue to fix the magnets in center of top part and grinding wheel.

Insert grinding wheel in the shell.  If the grinding wheel is too lose in the shell use glue to fix it in place.

Screw the tray on the shell, insert your herbs of choice and grind.

Make sure to remove any strings as smoking plastic is not good for your health.
