• Insert Dial Key Upside down in tool base, aligning notch (Dial Key should be flush with tool). 
• Align tool top with base notch, press firmly and evenly.

100% infill for all parts
Print in Loaded orientation
Recommend Printing all parts between 45mm/s-50mm/s
Print Plunger and End Cap at .12 resolution
Recommend Printing Number Sleeves at .12 resolution, not required.
DO NOT PRINT END CAP WITH KEY

Non Printed Items:
Pilot G2 Pen Ink Reservoir (1) (Pen was designed around .5mm Fine point, .7mm might not work)
Pilot G2 Pen Spring (1)

Assembly: 
-Drop Spring into Pen Body
-Assemble Dial by sliding Dial Key way over Dial Base in print orientation. 
-Align Dial Number Sleeve with desired number next to notch, slide onto Dial Key way opposite of print orientation.
-Slide Thin Flat Washer over pen body. 
-Slide 3 assembled Dials over pen body. Align Dial Base Notch with Pen Body alignment mark.
-Ensure Unlock Code is set on dials.
-Remove plug from top of Ink Reservoir, then place Ink Reservoir into hole on Key
-Gently slide Key and Ink Reservoir into Pen Body, press key down so top tang is flush with Dial
-Slide Thick Flat Washer onto Pen Body.
-Place Plunger into pen body, thread side up.
-Place Shimming Spacer on top of pen body (recommend gluing Shimming Spacer to End Cap, but is not required) 
-Thread End Cap onto Plunger.
-Slide Collar onto Pen Body, align locking holes.
-Attach Locking Clip  with arrow pointing down, aligned with Pen Body alignment mark

With unlock code set, turn End Cap Clockwise to extend Pen.
