A simple wedge to check the angle you're holding your knife at when sharpening on a stone, 20° for western chef's knives and 30° for western cleavers. Will double as a door stop if you put something grippy on the bottom. Be sure to put the seam on one of the upright sides so it doesn't change the geometry of either angled face.
