Technical Information:
This is a remix of jq910's awesome design. I made a few changes to the design and added some much need strength and a few extra features. 

The tolerances have also been changed to ensure that every print succeeds. 

IMPORTANT!

To get the best results with the AutoCard print it out using: 

1. .4mm nozzle 
2. .16mm layer height 
3. PETG Filament

WARNING!!!

This model still has some tight clearances. Before printing make sure that print bed is level and you e-steps are calibrated. If you don't do that this might not print out correctly and you will have to either reprint it or cut the places that need to be cut with a knife. Be sure to level the print bed! 

Notes:

This is a simple print in place model. No support structures are needed. The pre-sliced files for Cura will be included along with the .stl, .stp, and .f3d files.
