These models were mainly designed for creating a proper Raspberry Pi 4 cluster rack mount kit. However, things tend to escalate here a bit, so I created a whole new ecosystem for your 19" rack, based on the amazing DAP 2U MP-1 panel.

• Raspberry Pi 4 mount: I used a PoE hat as I didn't want to deal with additional cables. It also reduces the height as of no USB plug. Including 3x 3mm holes for optional LEDs.
• 80mm fan mount: mount an 80mm fan with the appropriate hexagon-styled shroud.
• Cable duct: Here and there, you just need a cable. The cables could be inserted from the side, if you bend the cable duct a little. Especially good for large power plugs.
• Fan controller: Basic module for e.g. ESP8266 with temperature sensor and 5V level shifter for controlling PWM fans. Especially good with ESPhome and a 1.3" OLED display!
• Empty cover: prevent unwanted airflow here and there

Printing instructions: go with 100% infill and preferably PETG.

I'm using a THON double door 19" stage rack from Thomann with all my IT stuff in it. really quiet also in the home office.
