Introduction:

BookMates - My entry into the ‘Bookends’ competition! I designed each model by manipulating a stick figure model in Blender (from [https://youtu.be/9DAuByv5zU4](https://youtu.be/9DAuByv5zU4)) into each of the poses. I then designed the rest of the book models and bases and added the stickmen in. I may add some more to the collection in the future.

Printing:

Some areas of the stickmen will require supports. For these areas I recommend using tree supports to avoid as much as the surface of the print as much as possible. Most of them should be able to fit within the cut-out of the base and attach directly to the build plate. If not, and scars are left on the surface, a quick pass with a flame should restore the original colour (should you try this, make sure to do so safely!).
