Here a simple way to make an adjustable reinforcement under a table or a worktop, with a square cleat (configurable section) and a 3d printer

if you need to reinforce a table, a worktop, it's simple, using a square cleat ! 
you will need to print two pieces :
- upper piece for stare your cleat under your worktop
- lower piece (aka the foot), who is adjustable in heigh (20 mm approximatly)

The  STL files are designed for a 44x44mm square cleat, but I put in the parametric 360 fusion file, so you can adapt to any square section (between 40 and 50mm and the thinkness). The screw holes are diameter 4 mm 

The lower piece alone can also use for enhance a table or a chair
