I designed this Simple and Effective Bookend for the Printables "Bookends" contest (April 2023).

1-2 books sit on the thin base to keep it from sliding and books are well supported by the bookend. This is designed to be printed on its side with no supports needed. I printed it with Black Hatchbox PLA on my Prusa i3 MK2. The corrugate like design makes it strong and supportive.
