Replica of my Harbor Freight aluminum jack stand I originally modeled for a Finite Element Analysis project. 

General Printing Tips

• STL provides near 1:1 scale geometry. I printed at 50% to make a nice mini. Printing at significantly less may be difficult
• I highly recommend using organic supports for the lever bar. Picture is shown above. 
• Recommended print orientation for ratchet bar is also shown. Basic supports and 1cm brim were used but may not be necessary. 
• Adjustor pin is optional. I initially thought it would be necessary, but my printer was capable of creating tight enough tolerances where it was not needed.

Other Printing Tips

• Print lever bar, lever bar cap, and adjustor pin(optional) at 99% of your selected print scale. This provides a safety tolerance for part fitment.
• Obvious but I guess it should be noted, this should NEVER be used for safety. It can definitely support some objects like toy cars though.
