The main box can comfortably fit most gift cards, but has enough height to fit other small objects. The exact dimensions are W55 x H14.5 x D86mm.

BOM

• 10x M5 Nuts
• 10x M5x8 Socket Cap Head Screws
• 16x M3 Nuts
• 10x M3x20 Socket Cap Head Screws
• 6x M3x12 Socket Cap Head Screws

For a perfect fit, all screws should be to the DIN 912 / ISO 4762 standard.

Slicing

• Slice in the imported orientation for supportless printing.
• 0.2mm Layer Height.
• 3 perimeters / walls for “Layer 2 Bolt”.
• I recommend printing with a brim for all files, especially the bolts.

Printing the bolts together or in pairs helps to prevent overheating the layers, but unless your retraction settings are dialed in, you may produce lower-quality threads.

Post Print

• The counterbored nuts and bolts are printed with a very thin layer to enable supportless printing. Simply poke a hole through these before inserting the bolts.
