Water + Grain + Hops + Yeast = Beer

This is a remix of the great design done by Fermware (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:542537)

A great beer tap ready to be printed and installed straight on to your tap.

I have:

1. Modified the body to include a thread so there's no need to glue in an insert.  The thread is angled 7° so that the tap handle is vertical when installed on a Nukatap. The thread will go straight onto Nukataps and most commonly available beer taps.
2. Modified the body to accommodate a beer label so you can name each beer
3. Designed a new yeast item which looks like a yeast cell.
4. Modified the water symbol to print a little easier and be less fragile.

Printing Tips

Beer Tap Body

0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers, 6 walls, 25% gyroid fill, Supports only in the label slot. The thread prints fine for me without supports.

I used ABS Max to give the thread strength and resilience.

You can personalise the tap by embossing/debossing you name etc on the side of the tap.

Beer Tap Label

0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers, 6 walls, 3 top/bottom layers, 25% gyroid fill. No supports

Water, Hops, Barley

0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers (water and barley), 0.12mm layers (Hops), 2 walls, 15% gyroid fill. No supports. Variable layer height works well for the hops if you have that option.

The water looks good in PETG transparent blue.

A few drops of super glue will secure these parts to the tap body.

Yeast Cell

0.2mm nozzle, 0.08mm layers, no supports, parts are small so print slow and ensure good bed adhesion.

You can print the parts separately in different colours, or, print as one part  and paint the bits. Up to you.

Yeast Flask

The original design. See the link to the original design for comments. I simplified this by printing the flask itself in transparent PETG and then painted yellow on the inside.
