I created this model after trying a couple version out from other makers and didn't like how they would not let the hook stay level (or perpendicular to the pegboard).  These are a tight fit but are very secure once inserted.  This is made for a 1" hole pattern with ¼" holes.

I'm printing these with PETG just to avoid the more critical failure types associated with PLA, but PLA would work too.  I've been using 3 perimeters with a 0.6mm nozzle and 20% infill as I expect some of these to be used for heavier tools.
