Stackable Cable/Cord Winder Organizer

These stackable cable organizers let you wind up your phone and device cables easily for storage or portability. Coming in at multiple sizes depending on the cable thickness and length you have. Keep your cables easy to identify and untangled in this easy to print customizable cord storage solution.

Size Options:

• 1X - Fits most 3-6ft (.9-1.8m) USB cables
• 1.5X - Fits most 6ft-10ft (1.8-3m) USB cables
• 2X - Thicker or longer cables 
  
  Don't be afraid to scale it up!
  I've scaled 150% for larger/thicker cables (see photos for red/white winder)

The Same Base works for all Case and Cap Sizes
Make sure the base is oriented the correct way as the flat side of the base faces the cap while the indentation faces away so that the organizers can stack. 

Print Recommendations

• No Supports Needed!
• Infill 15% works well
• Gyroid Infill Seems to Have Improved Strength over Grid
• 0.20mm Layer Height
• 0.4mm Nozzle
• Recommended: Vertical Shells/Perimeters set between 3-5 Layers 
  Increasing perimeters adds strength around threads and the winder shaft. 

Assembly
(see video or photos for help)

1. Insert the cap with the treads through the case with the slots pointing towards the cap. It helps to slightly twist the cap and should go in with ease
2. Thread the base on to the cap with the case in between the base and the cap. It is easiest to have the base facing you while turning clockwise and in the same direction of the arrows. Don't over-tighten but should be a snug fit. 

No glue needed! 
If you are having fitment issues, try scaling up all parts in 5% increments if the print is tight when threading the cap. Thread tolerances have been set for .4 nozzles and results can vary depending on how your printer is calibrated or if you are using different nozzle diameters.
