Notes:

I recommend sealing the passage for the wires to the sensor afterwards to prevent heat from passing from the processor to the sensor.

In the end, I chose plastic coils to attach the sensor to make sure that the metal does not affect the temperature dynamics in the vicinity of the sensor.
