• 4x magnets d.6mm x 3mm

Print settings

• 180-Guide / 130-Guide: 0.2mm layer height, 4 perimeters – 4 bottom – 4 top, 23% gyroid infill;
• 180-Guide-Hinge: 0.2mm layer height, 4 perimeters – 4 bottom – 4 top, 23% gyroid fill;
• 180-Blade / 130-Blade: 0.2mm layer height, 3 perimeters – 3 bottom – 3 top, 23% gyroid infill, 3mm skirt;
• Angle: 0.2mm layer height, 4 perimeters – 4 bottom – 3 top, 23% gyroid fill;
• Slider: 0.2mm layer height, 3 perimeters – 3 bottom – 4 top, 23% gyroid fill;
• Base: 0.2mm layer height, 4 perimeters – 4 bottom – 3 top, 23% gyroid infill (optional: foot circle on corners to prevent warping);
• Base-corner-hinge: 0.2mm layer height, 4 perimeters – 4 bottom – 3 top, 23% gyroid fill;
• Base-corner: 0.2mm layer height, 4 perimeters – 4 bottom – 3 top, 23% gyroid fill;

The corners of the base must be printed 2 as per files and 2 mirrored.

Parts have tight tolerances and expect good printer calibration (especially flow and skew).

I recommend using a matte PLA filament.

Assembly

• Assemble the top frame by joining the corners to the rails using super glue and a 2x8mm screw.
• Insert the blades into the guides, the long ones must be above the short ones (see images) and fix them to the guides with the sliders using a 2x6mm screw.
• Assemble the base by joining the corners to the central element using super glue and 2 2x8mm screws.
• Join the base to the upper frame with two pieces of PETG filament heated and riveted at the ends.
• Insert the magnets using a vice or pliers in the two front corners of the upper and lower frame.
