things you will need 

two 3d printed parts (blades and shaft)

take one end of shaft and put a light layer of glue (I have found that superglue works best). the n fit the glued end of the shaft into the hole of the blades ( don't let it stick up through the top). then wait for glue to dry. have fun :).
