Nothing special, a simple spool holder modular in the sense that you can print different “turrets” spacer depending of the dimension of your spool of choice. Here I uploaded the spacer for prusament, will upload more if requested.

I printed this with an mk3s in “draft” mode at 0.3, works fine. You can print better at 0.2 if you want. I printed the spacer rotated 180 in X, the model is just exported in the original position from fusion360 during modeling.

I had lying around some misumi (totally unnecessary, perhaps a waste) shaft and some wheels with bearing. You can adapt whatever you want, including printed wheels with bearing (or not). My setup is so overkill that If I spin the spool, it keeps spinning for 15 seconds. Unnecessary, overkill, that's exactly what i like.
