Modelo 3D Bambu studio - Speed tower por Creativity_crush no Printables

Descrição

As a follow-up on my temperature-tower and Acceleration-tower for Bambu Studio, I created this Speed-tower. Its width is designed to fit in a 1x2 gridfinity basket.

First model is a test from 40mms to 220ms. Second model is from 160mms to 440 mms.

The speed settings are included in G-code, based on height. Its included in the machine settings (included in the 3mf file). You can change all kinds of settings, including your filament, layer height, acceleration, walls, engine, etc. Just make sure you filament maximum flow rate fits with the flow at max speed or put it on 40 in the filament settings.

The g-code is included in the preselected "Bambu …. - Speed" machine profile. In the section ‘g-code layer change’. (included in the 3mf project file).

You can also choose to open de 3mf as geometrical-data only with manual adding the G-code. Or you can use the simplified STL, e.g. for use with other software.

At this moment I'm unfortunately also facing the x-axis pattern issue on my Bambu X1.

Some people call it a toothed belt issue, but I would not rule out other possible causes, due the pattern declines with the speed. And in my case seems caused by a constant vibration regardless of the speed or position of the axis. When I performed a belt-mod (changing the tooth-side for the smooth-side on the smooth bearings) the pattern also did not got less in my case.

As you can see in my pictures the pattern fades when using higher speed. Reaching higher speed is a balance between a lot of printer settings, including temperature or layer-height. If you are willing to wait longer for your print, choose a smaller layer-height (e.g. 0,14 instead of 0,2). If that takes to much time, you might try using a higher temperature and adopting some other settings like bridge flow, etc.

Please feel free to try-out and find your own settings. And let them know in the comments.

Below I added the G-code for the 160mms - 440mms file:

;BEFORE_LAYER_CHANGE
G92 E0.0
;[layer_z]
{if layer_z>=00.05 and layer_z<10.05} M203 X160 Y160 {endif}
{if layer_z>=10.05 and layer_z<20.05} M203 X180 Y180 {endif}
{if layer_z>=20.05 and layer_z<30.05} M203 X200 Y200 {endif}
{if layer_z>=30.05 and layer_z<40.05} M203 X220 Y220 {endif}
{if layer_z>=40.05 and layer_z<50.05} M203 X240 Y240 {endif}
{if layer_z>=50.05 and layer_z<60.05} M203 X260 Y260 {endif}
{if layer_z>=60.05 and layer_z<70.05} M203 X300 Y300 {endif}
{if layer_z>=70.05 and layer_z<80.05} M203 X340 Y340 {endif}
{if layer_z>=80.05 and layer_z<90.05} M203 X380 Y380 {endif}
{if layer_z>=90.05}   M203 X440 Y440
{endif}

I want everyone to get the most out of their 3d printer, therefore my creations are free. However, if you like what I did, you can show your appreciation trough paypal.me/CreativityCrush. It might encourage me to create more. ;-)
