I used flexible PLA for the insert. This will provide protection to items that are often made of glass. Has room for tools you might need on the go as well. The insert is a snug enough fit. I did leave wiggle room incase you wanted to make new inserts and swap them should you acquire new tools. 

The lid has a honeycomb design which you can easily color in your slicer. 

I added foam to the top of this one to add more protection.

optional - 1 seal ( these only fit depending on print settings. )

I included my fusion files if you want to edit and make it your own. I'm not great with fusion so I'm sure you can do better.
