I just edited his dxf file to 3d print.

Print with 0.2 resolution.

Print 18 leafs and 18 pins.

when you place the pin you should press the pin with hot flat metal to melt and fix in place.

The body is in three pieces you have to glue the  part 4,6 together first and then place the leafs and pins. after putting the leaf on to part 2 every pin should  pressed/flattened with 70-80 degree celcius flat metal.
