I wanted a way to make screens for very small designs for cheap. Here is my initial design. Feedback, remixes welcome.

Additional materials needed:

• Screen printing screen material of your choice
• Other printmaking supplies: transparencies, emulsion

Instructions:

• Print with the screen surface and cord channel facing up, tear off cords on build plate
• Tear off the four cords from the sides
• Cut screen material to overhang the sides by about 10-20 mm
• Center screen material over channels on flat side 
• Press cords part way into channels to partially tension screen
• Apply a small amount of super glue to four outer corners to hold outer edge of screen in place
• Once glue dries, press cords to bottom of channels to fully tension screen
• Optionally apply super glue to cords in channels to lock them in place
• Continue with emulsion, exposure as usual
