My brother asked me to redesign a broken Hinge Lock for a Keter Box Outdoor Storage Container.
It was actually one single part that had partly rubbered plastic to act as kind of a hinge.
This part was broken. There is no official replacement part. I redesigned it in Fusion 360. But instead of the original design, I decided to make a pin hinge that can be replaced / reprinted easily. Now the lock consists of three parts.

Instructions:

The hinge connector and hinge pin can be printed without supports. I printed the hinge pin vertically aligned. The hinge connector was placed bottom down.

For the lock part, I did some custom supports with Meshmixer. Just a few for the raised part on the end of the arm.

Please make sure to print enough walls. Thats essential for the whole part.

Assembling:
I used two rubber washers for the spaces between the hinge and the pin. That make sure that the pin won't come out. Alternatively you could use some glue or screws that fit in length and diameter.
