This rugged SD card case is designed to keep your memory cards organized and protected from dust and sand.
It is ideal for travel, workshops, or everyday use where loose cards need a safe and compact storage solution.

🖨 Printing Recommendations

• Material: PETG or TPU

• Wall count: 2

• Top / Bottom layers: 2

• Infill: ~20 %

🔧 Assembly & Tips

• Print the case and latches in PETG for durability

• Print the seal in TPU for flexibility and a tight fit

• PLA is possible if the case is only used indoors and not exposed to heat

• If no seal is needed, it can simply be omitted

🔩 Required Parts

• 3× M3×30 screws (stainless steel recommended)

• Foam insert for the lid to secure the cards in place

💡 Foam Tip

I used 30 mm acoustic foam I had available.
Packing foam from Creality or Prusa printer boxes also works well when cut to size.
