I looked through all the models of tray inserts and found one that I could easily modify to suit my needs. I added nozzle storage compartment and a place for nozzle cleaning needles.
The uploaded version is improved, the one I have printed had too small tolerance for nozzle diameter and they would barely fit, it also has larger text (nozzle diameters).

According to the comments the improved file works perfectly, you can print it with any material that you have, supports are essential and low infill should be good enough
