The design is made to hold a small, printed circuit board.  It was needed to mount a full-wave rectifier attached to a doorbell transformer.  The bottom holds the circuit board and the top covers it.  There is a hole in the top for an LED mount.  The bottom is not attached to the cover.  This design is a parametric model with most dimensions configurable.
