My son designed this and we together created the model. He uses it as a night light in his room.

It uses 2 separate 1 meter long (actually channels are about 90cm) neon led strips. Any led strip should do as long as it can fit in 6mm channel. I used these ones from AliExpress. I bought the 5v ones and simply used an old usb cable to power the lights. 

It is a quite large print so I split it to 2 pieces, which will fit in a 300x300 bed. For smaller printers you would need to split the cloud piece to 2. 

It can be scaled down but keep in mind the light channel will scale down too so you will need a smaller led lights.

I am attaching Fusion360 files incase anyone wants to remix/resize etc.

It is a straight forward print and doesn't require any supports. You can print the lightning bolt right side up (channel pointing up) and cloud part upside down (channel pointing to bed).
