Pully remover for Ender 3 and alike.

All the other designs I found, where quite strict with the alignment and had a long screw. 
This design allows for more manual alignment and the screw is shorter to decrease the scew. 

For me it did not work. On my first try (using M4) I destroyed the threads of the nut. Then I switched to M5 but the Pulley is very very well fused.


Try to print with slight overextrusion and many walls to make the part as solid as possible. I would also suggest to use PLA.

This design uses a M5 screw. I tried M4 but the threads don't seem strong enough.
