This is a cover for the Pre-2018 Tile Mate (model T3001) that had “Non-Replaceable” batteries. if you cut the back of the tile case open you can pull the battery out and pop a new one in and it works good as new, and this cover screws over the modified shell of the tile so that you can still use it!

The shell of the Tile has the speaker mounted to it so I couldn't replace the entire case unfortunately. 

You will need:

• a sharp knife to cut the case open
• A new CR2025 battery
• 6qty ¼" long #4 thread cutting screws for plastic
