The contour data for the largest 60 land masses and 6 of the largest lakes were plotted on two spheres, 100mm and 102mm radius.. Arcs were made between contour points to generate closed paths. Lofts were then made between the two spheres.

Printing takes about 79 hours, 42 hr for northern hemisphere, 37 hours for southern hemisphere. Print level was .1mm with rectilinear infill and NO SUPPORT.

The two hemispheres may be joined by 2 to 4 1/8" x 1" pins and superglue.

Print instructions

.1mm level spacing, no support and 10% fill. I used Paramount PLA filament 210 C/ 65 C on a Prusa MK 3S.
