This rugged MicroSD card case is designed to keep your storage media organized and protected from dust and sand.
It is ideal for safely transporting or storing MicroSD cards and adapters without them getting loose or damaged.

🖨 Printing Recommendations

• Material: PETG or TPU

• Wall count: 2

• Top / Bottom layers: 2

• Infill: ~20 %

🔧 Assembly & Tips

• Print the case and latches in PETG for durability

• Print the seal in TPU for flexibility and a snug fit

• PLA is possible if the case is mostly used indoors

• If no seal is required, it can simply be omitted

🔩 Required Parts

• 3× M3×30 screws (stainless steel recommended, galvanized also works)

• Foam insert for the lid to keep MicroSD cards securely in place

💡 Foam Tip

I used 30 mm thick acoustic foam I had available.
Packing foam from Creality or Prusa printer boxes also works well when cut to size.
