Summary
I wanted to design a good looking stand that won't take much space on the table but will be stable enough to support the weight of the speakers.
The stand is crafted from high-quality European birch wood treated with multiple layers of matte PE varnish for a polished, professional finish. To increase stability and protect against slipping or scratching, 19x19x1 mm pads printed from soft flex filament have been glued to the bottom of the legs using a strong adhesive. These pads improve the stand's stability as the soft material levels out any imperfections.
As an alternative, self-adhesive furniture pads (either rubber for a non-slip finish or fabric) can been applied to the bottom of the legs.
M3 screws secure the legs in place, with small holes carefully drilled in the legs to ensure a secure and precise fit of the screw. I'd recommend inserting the legs into the holder before drilling the holes.
I'd recommend printing from PETG, or any other strong material to support the weight of the speakers.
Wooden legs
The design fits 20x20x140 mm wooden blocks, but you can use even slightly longer if you'd like. The blocks are slanted on one side by 15°. The other side of the leg fits directly into the holder, which is already inclined.
If you wish to use significantly longer legs, consider using the 10 deg STL file and pairing it with wooden blocks angled at 10°. This will allow the stand to take up less space on the tabletop while still providing adequate support for your speakers.
Manufacturing the legs
I've asked a local woodwork shop to manufacture the legs, with one side of the leg chamfered at a 15 degree angle. I've provided them with the dimensions and the sketch below. They used a planing machine to make the surface smooth (see picture), but I still decided to treat it with a few layers of varnish for a sleek smooth surface and UV protection.
