This is a 90cm long replica of the Kingdom Key keyblade from the Kingdom Hearts series. It's designed to be easily lined up during assembly so everything is oriented properly. The handle and blade have two 4.5mm holes running through that should fit a 4mm rod to keep everything in place and sturdy. I used M4 threaded steel rods, but anything that fits in a 4.5mm hole should work. 

For printing, print one of every piece except for guard_top and guard_bottom. Those need two each. For the grip, either the standard smooth grip can be chosen or the grip with fake laces modeled onto it. You may need small supports on some of the pieces, but the majority can be printed without supports. 

To assemble I used two part epoxy to glue all of the pieces together, including the threaded rods joining the parts. The order of the handle goes Pommel, Grip, Bolster, Ricasso, then the Blade pieces (in order 1-3). The guard pieces attach to the sides of the Pommel and Bolster. I highly recommend gluing each half of the guard together before attaching them to the handle. I had issues lining it up when I did the the other way around. For the teeth on the blade, they simply slide into a notch on Blade 3.
