Note: I test fitted these, and without any modifications they fit just barely. I'm too lazy to edit and reupload the files, so feel free to do it yourself, or just split the part in Prusa Slicer so that you remove 0.2 mm from the top. The acetone dipped part did not fit, because the edges swelled up.

The of the loops (or eye) for the cargo net to hook into in the trunk of my brothers 1 Series BMW broke or went missing. BMW wanted 150€ to replace the whole trunk floor and aftermarket replacements are 10€ for the top and bottom part separately.

So I created this model. As opposed to the original part the top is all in one piece and there is only a simple plate on the bottom that is held with M3 screws.

The original part has a filet on the top. Since my brother wanted to sell his car, I wanted to make the part look as original as possible. Because the filet would not print well upside down, I further split the top into 2 parts and welded them together using acetone. I added little bumps to help with alignment. For finishing I sanded the inside and smoothed it with some acetone. Then I sanded the top and dipped it into acetone followed by fine salt to give it a rough surface like the original.

If I would print it for my own car, I would definitely spare me the effort and just print the version with the chamfer.

Printed in eSUN ABS+ with 4 Walls, 7 Top and 6 Bottom Layers and Seam position Aligned. 0.2 mm Layer height for the spare parts and 0.12 for the one that is supposed to look nice.
