Here are two versions of a basic case for the Wireless Stick Lite V3 with USB-C port. Both snap together.

Buttons are untested, but should work. Might need to be sanded down. They work for either case style.

Versions:

Basic case: Holes for USB-C, antenna, and buttons. 

Basic+ case: Adds slots for headers (May need to be plugged in before assembling case) and case is longer and deeper so you could fit a battery inside. Any battery that is thinner than 9 mm and fits should work (Maybe a 500 mAh?) 

Printing: 

I used 0.2mm layer height with a 0.6mm nozzle. 10% infill. It should take about an hour. Could also be done at a finer layer height.
