I don't know if this counts as a remix, but I believe in giving credit when it's due. I printed and used Leo DIY's case. The print came out great and the case fit well, but I had a hard time pushing the lock and volume buttons. I used his stl for measurements, but redesigned in CAD to my liking.
This version is meant to be printed with PETG. PLA will probably not be able to handle the flexing to snap the case on, but you're welcome to try. Let us know in the comments if it works. This fits perfectly off my printer, but you may have to scale up or down depending on how your machine extrudes. I use a .4mm nozzle at .25mm layer height, first layer at .2mm. I also have my fan set between 30-50%, with fan always on and full fan at layer 4. Go about 5 degrees hotter than your normal printing temp if you normally don't use a fan with PETG.
I have two versions of the body. They're identical, but one has supports that I drew manually. I use the version with supports. They should pop off relatively easily with minimal post process cleanup. Print the lens insert separately and pop it in before you snap in your phone. Note that the lens insert is not a true square, though it might look like it. It should fit perfectly with the proper orientation. If you end up having to scale the body, you will probably have to scale the lens insert as well to keep the fit snug.
Happy printing!
