This decorative lantern was created by adding voronoi based cutouts to a tetrahedron design. I added diffusers to each part.

 It is printed as 3 flat parts and then assembled. That way the texture of the print plate can be used as a surface texture on the outside of the lantern. When printed with white PLA on a powdered PEI plate the outside surface will get a frosty texture.  Printing it flat and assemble also means no supports or challenging overhangs.

There are tabs in the design to assist in aligning the 3 pieces. Glue the 3 pieces together, one drop of superglue in each tab hole is sufficient. Print directly on your build plate to get the best diffuser effect. Try slicing it to have only two bottom layers.

Use only with LED candles! The tetrahedron can either be put as a dome on top of the LED candle or the candle can be inserted from the side.
