Kickstand for DeckMate system with adjustable angle and spring loaded locking mechanism. 

Long and short version. Short version deigned to work with my double vertical DeckMate compatible “case” plate available here. Long version should work better with standard DeckMate mount point positioning.

Required hardware:

• 2 springs for DeckMate mechanism
• 2 springs for locking mechanism

Springs for locking mechanism should be no more than 4.5 mm in diameter, have to compress down to no more than 10.5mm and should have relaxed length of at least 20mm. The spring is OK if it can be compressed to fit completely inside one of the pins. Not sure if recommended DeckMate springs fulfill those requirements as I don't have access to the exact springs but most ball point pen springs should work just fine. I used 0.5x4.5x25mm springs. 

Assembly:

• Print 2x pins and 1x of other needed parts
• Test fit if the pins slide in and out of of the other parts with relative ease (they don't have to have low resistance, just low enough so the springs can push them out)
• put springs into the pins
• put pins with springs into the arm part of the assembly and compress them so the pins hide completely in the hinge
• slide the assembly into the bottom part
• pins should pop into place and lock the hinge.

Recommended layer height: 0.2mm

Pin should be printed with the opening facing down.
