Print settings: 

• Filament: PLA
• Layer height: 0.2mm
• Infill: 10%
• Supports: no
• Perimeters: 2
• Seam position: Rear

To assemble you need:

• M20 nut or materials such as clay and similar substances

Notes:

• I confirmed works fine with scale factors 120% M24 nut and 80% M14 nut.
• Too much infill will raise the center of gravity and may interfere with getting up.

Assembly: 

• Set the nut on the top part and screw in the bottom part to secure it.

• Insert the cut filament into the three holes on the head and glue it in position with the holes in the hat.
