You can customize any size by downloading the .scad file and using the free OpenScad program. You can also print a customizable mount that can mount both on a pipe with a round section and an oval one.

Important: in the file, you can choose the option using nuts (then you can print each ring separately) or with plastic spikes (I liked this option more, although the photos show the option using nuts to fasten the rings).

I would also advise you to print out the knobs for the nuts so that the mount can be quickly removed and installed without tools.
