The original design files were kindly shared by the designer / creator. This allowed me to redesign the model for printing on a much larger scale. The final design is 1.815m tall. I designed the parts to minimised weight and get around restrictions such as Skin tone filament only being able to be supplied in 1kg rolls. All larger parts were planned on using 3kg rolls, however if you trust your printer and filament changes - you can work with whatever size rolls you wish.

I printed the large parts with a 0.6mm nozzle on a modified cr10 max - and the smaller more detailed parts on a modified ender 3. Layer heights and infill were varied according to the part and application, however the legs and boots were made with 4 walls and a higher infill density as they are supporting the rest of the model. I have made an allowance for a 50mm rod to be used inside the legs should support be needed or if its placed outside (the rods could be used as stakes).

Supports were used in specific places but are likely only needed for a few parts if you trust your bridging. The exeption is the hat insert. this can only be made with supports and is best printed at around 45deg from the build plate and supported where required.

You will need to select the best orientation for the parts - they are mostly obvious, however the face is best printed on its back surface

The arms, hands, shoulders, shoulder pin, boots, legs and cuffs are all the same so you will need to print 2 of each.

The jaw (possibly due to the infill i used) didnt self close so i used a weak spring to hold the jaw in place.

Parts that needed to be fixed (i used generous clearances) together were glued using construction adhesive (no more nails) its cheap and deals with gaps well.

I'm sure that the model will scale down also and print well at smaller scales. 

My final model used 20kg of filament and took approx 453 hours to print
