A small spinner inside a big spinner.
Assembly instructions are in the picture and in the video.
Mini bearings from inline skates are needed - 8 x 16 x 5 mm /688-2RS/ - 10 pieces. There is also a version of the spinner without bearings, but the movement is smoother with bearings
